DEPOSITS * A NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking this will go towards the total of your service. * You must reschedule no later than 24 hours in advance to transfer the deposit. If rescheduling less than 24 hours this will result in a deposit loss and you will need to repay the deposit to rebook. LATE POLICY * Due to appointments being back to back I have a 5-10 minute grace period after 10 minutes late *with no communication* appointment will need to be rescheduled or canceled with a no show cancellation fee of 100% of whatever services were booked (Please update me if you know your going to be a few mins late! It is appreciated) *if only communicated prior to appointment* that you will be later than 10 mins, and only if I have the availability for the day I may still be able to accept you and you will be charged 100% of services pre booked, you will also receive a client note, after 3 late client notes this may result in a serious tech to client talk or being fully blocked from future services. CANCEL POLICY * If you need to cancel for any reason please cancel 24 hours in advance! This way it’ll be easier for me to reschedule you as well as give someone else the opportunity to book. * If canceled in less than 24 hours, cancelation fee of 100% of services will be charged * NO CALL NO SHOW: you will be charged the 100% of services booked and this may result in being blocked from future services. Card on file will not be charged for any reason unless this policy is violated. Don’t hesitate to message for any questions! INCORRECT BOOKING INFO: * I understand my site might be a little confusing! PLEASE DM OR TEXT ME FOR ANY QUESTIONS! However certain incorrect booking can set back appointments due to timing or may even result in your own appointment loss. * If you need a removal it MUST be booked, if you arrive to your appointment needing a removal and didn’t book one this may result in appointment loss due to timing. * In the case that I have time to squeeze in a removal, you will be charged the full price of a foreign soak off ($30) as well as whatever services you booked.
